Heat a tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan. Pour the frozen spinach drops. Cover and cook for 8 minutes over high heat, stirring occasionally.
Chopped and ready to use: Chopped Spinach in drops are very handy and versatile. You can use them with some ricotta cheese to make the filling for cannelloni or lasagna, and to prepare a spinach pie.
