Pour the frozen Light Verdurì in a large enough pot and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add croutons and grated cheese to enrich Light Verdurì. For an even more delicious dish add a handful of rice or pasta per person and a glass of water. Cook until done. Season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and fresh aromatic herbs.
