Terrine with grilled vegetables, ricotta and almond pesto



  • 200 g Orogel Grilled Vegetable Trio in Sticks
  • 100 g ricotta cheese
  • 20 g basil leaves
  • 20 g almonds
  • 20 g grated Parmigiano
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt


  1. Put the almond and basil into the blender and mix for a few seconds, then add two tablespoons of oil, the grated Parmigiano and some salt.
  2. Blend until the ingredients have completely mixed and the pesto is smooth.
  3. Put the Grilled Vegetable Trio in Sticks, some ricotta pieces and drops of pesto into the jar alternately. Put the lid on and microwave for 3 minutes at 750 Watts.
