Roast veal with herbs gravy and vegetables



  • 4 veal tenderloins of 200 g each
  • 500 g BBQ Grilled Vegetable Trio
  • herbs to taste (thyme, rosemary, mint)
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper


  1. Sear the tenderloins with little oil for few minutes, then put them in a baking pan. Add some finely chopped herbs, salt and finish cooking in the oven for about 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cook the grilled vegetable mix on a griddle with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Add salt to taste.
  3. Serve the vegetables with the scalloped tenderloins.
