Directions

Cooking pan

Place the frozen product into a non-sticking pan with a drizzle of olive oil, cover and cook over medium heat for 13 minutes. Use as desired.

Pot

Place the frozen product in salted boiling water, bring back to the boil and let cook for 12 minutes. Drain and gently squeeze, then use as desired.

Steam oven

Place the frozen product onto a perforated backing tray and put in the steam oven at 98°C. Wait for the temperature to rise again and let cook for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and prepare according to your needs.
