An easy and summery side dish, Orogel roasted peeled peppers are synonymous with lightness and high digestibility. You can enjoy them with a simple marinade or use them as pizza topping or as a filling for focaccias.

Directions

Ventilated oven 13 minutes

Arrange the frozen ROASTED PEPPERS on baking paper on the oven grill. Pre-heat oven to 200°C and bake for 13 minutes, flip the segments after 7/8 minutes. In a conventional oven increase cooking time by a few minutes.

Cooking pan 9-10 minutes

Arrange the ROASTED PEPPERS in a single layer in a non-stick pan, add a tablespoon of EVO. Cook over medium-high heat for 9/10 minutes stirring delicately 3-4 times.

Gluttonous suggestions

Dress the ROASTED PEPPERS with aromatic herbs, salt and pepper. If the preparations require cooking just use them frozen.
