Spinach Burger (125 g)

All the delicate flavour of spinach for a 125-gram burger that can be prepared in the oven or on the griddle. Its format makes it perfect for stuffed sandwiches and panini or creative vegetarian main courses.

Spinach 61%, sunflower oil, breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT all-purpose flour, brewer’s yeast, salt), pasteurized EGG white, potato flakes*, Grana Padano cheese (MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: EGG-white lysozyme), natural carrot fibre*, salt, white pepper*. May contain traces of MUSTARD and SOY. *ORIGIN: EU potato flakes; Non-EU carrot fibres, white pepper.

Directions

Ventilated oven 9 minutes

Spread the frozen product on a tray and place in the pre-heated ventilated oven at 190°C. Wait until the temperature reaches the setting and cook for 9 minutes. Remove from oven, add salt as desired and serve.

Fryer 5 minutes

Pour the frozen product into the fryer with boiling oil at 160°C for 5 minutes and cook until golden brown. Add salt as desired and serve.

Griddle 8 minutes

Heat the plate at 240 °C, place the still frozen product, close the plate and cook for 8 minutes.
