Tender octopus with vegetables
Octopus is a very versatile ingredients, perfect to prepare appetizers or a delicious main course. Try this recipe with potatoes, beans and black cabbage.

Ingredients
- 1 700/800 g octopus
- 1 box CREA TU Borlotti Beans, Diced Potatoes and Black Cabbage
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 chilli pepper
- 50 ml water
- 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Take the octopus, cut off the tentacles and wash them well. Put them in a saucepan and brown them for a few minutes on each side. Add the water and oil, then put the lid on.
- Close the lid very accurately: if necessary, you can use some cling film to seal.
 Cook over a medium-low heat for about half an hour. Open the lid, turn the octopus, then close the lid again, and cook for half an hour.
- When the octopus is soft, turn off the burner and leave to cool without removing the lid. Pour the Crea Tu mix into a pan and add 100 ml of the octopus cooking water.
- Cook over a medium heat for 7 minutes. Cut the octopus into pieces and add the vegetables.
