Method

Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water and drain when it is still al dente. Drizzle some oil into a pan and brown the speck for a few seconds. Pour the CREA TU mix in, and cook over a medium heat for 6 minutes, keeping the lid on and stirring occasionally during cooking. 
Add the pasta and a little cooking water or, if you prefer, the 2 tablespoons of cream, then mix well. Add salt to taste.
