80 g bresaola
150 g Orogel Artichoke Wedges Rich Taste
a handful of lamb's lettuce
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper
Method
Microwave the Artichoke Wedges Rich Taste following the instructions on the package.
Emulsify oil with lemon juice, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place the bresaola slices on the dish, then add the lamb's lettuce, the artichokes and, finally, season with the lemon emulsion.
