Semi-Dry Tomatoes

Juicy and sweet, semi-dried tomatoes are grown in the best areas of southern Italy to give you an unforgettable flavour. Ready in the pan or in the oven in just a few minutes, you can add them to pasta salads, pizzas and or to pickled vegetables.

Directions

Ventilated oven

Pour the frozen product with some olive oil on a baking tray and cook in preheated oven at 160 °C. Wait for the oven temperature to set and cook for 8 minutes. Use as desired.

Cooking pan

Pour the frozen product in a hot non-stick pan without oil, cover and cook for 7 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Use as desired.
