Orogel frozen puff pastry rolls are created by pastry masters who carefully select raw materials and use the traditional recipe to have a fluffy and tasty product. The puff pastry comes in rolls, ready to use and perfect for your favourite recipes. You just need to defrost the product at room temperature for about 2 hours, roll it delicately out, and bake it on its own baking paper.

To Prepare

  • Defrost the product at room temperature for about 2 hours, roll it out delicately, and bake it on its own baking paper. If you want a crispy puff pastry, preheat the oven to 200° C and bake for 5-6 minutes until it turns light gold, then turn to 170-180° C and bake until perfect gold. Wait a couple of minutes before using the pastry.
