To Prepare
- Plain: Place the frozen product in salted boiling water. Bring back to the boil and cook for another 13-14 minutes. Cut the fish as you prefer and prepare your recipe.
- Stewed: Put the oil, chopped garlic (or shallot) into a large pan and fry briefly. Add the defrosted fish cut in small fillets. Add a tablespoon of tomato puree and two of water, stir, cover and cook over medium heat for 18-20 minutes, stirring now and then. Add salt and pepper and chopped parsley. To defrost the fish, place the frozen bag in cold water for about 20-25 minutes. Please note that the specified cooking time is provided as an indication only.
