After being harvested, Brussel Sprouts are washed, blanched and immediately frozen, to keep their natural goodness intact. Orogel Brussel Sprouts are naturally rich in fibre, folic acid and polyphenols and are a tasty side dish, ready in a flash and easy to prepare in a pan, saucepan or in the microwave.

To Prepare
- Saucepan:In a large and low saucepan, bring some water to the boil and then add the frozen Brussel Sprouts, preferably in a single layer, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Steam Cooking: Bring water to the boil, then add the frozen product to the steamer basket and put into your saucepan. Cover and let cook for about 9 minutes.
- Microwave 900 W: Place in a single layer the frozen sprouts in a suitable bowl, add two spoons of water, cover and let cook for 4 minutes. Stir the sprouts and cook for another 4 minutes. The given time refers to 300g product. Please note that the specified cooking time is provided as an indication only.
