To Prepare
- Pan: Place the frozen peppers in a non-stick pan in a single layer, with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Cook over medium heat for about 9-10 minutes, turning them delicately over 3-4 times.
- Fan Oven 200° C: Preheat the oven to 200° C. Line a grill tray with baking paper and place the frozen peppers on it. Roast in the oven for about 13 minutes (if you have a static oven, you need 5 minutes more).
- Microwave 900 W: Place the frozen peppers in a suitable tray and cook for about 3 minutes. Turn the slices over and cook for another 2 minutes. Please note that the specified cooking time is provided as an indication only.
