To Prepare
- Pan: Place the frozen spinach cubes in a single layer, add the desired season (oil, garlic and herbs) or simply a tablespoon of water, cover and cook over medium-low heat for 5-6 minutes, stir the leaves and let cook for another 4-5 minutes, without lid.
- Microwave 900 W: Place the frozen cubes in a suitable bowl in a single layer. Cover and cook for 4 minutes. Stir the leaves and let cook for another 3 minutes. The given time refers to 300g product.
- Saucepan: Bring water to the boil in a large and low saucepan, then add the frozen spinach cubes, preferably in a single layer, cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Please note that the specified cooking time is provided as an indication only.
