To Prepare

  • Pan: Place the frozen cubes in a single layer into a non-stick pan and add the desired seasoning (oil, garlic and herbs) or simply a tablespoon of water, cover and cook over medium-low heat for 5-6 minutes. Stir and cook for another 4-5 minutes, without lid.
  • Microwave 900 W: Place the frozen cubes in a suitable bowl, in a single layer. Cover and cook for 4 minutes. Stir and cook for another 3 minutes. The given time refers to 300g product.
  • Saucepan: Bring water to the boil in a large and low saucepan and then add the frozen cubes, preferably in a single layer, cover, bring back to the boil and cook for 5 minutes. Please note that the specified cooking time is provided as an indication only.
