Description
Orogel Cucina Italiana presents a typical dish of the Marche Region: Olive Ascolana. Delicious olives without stone, stuffed, then floured and covered with breadcrumbs, as in the traditional recipe. They are the perfect appetizers and are ready in 5 minutes.
Ingredients
30% stoned green olives (olive, water, salt), breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour, brewer’s yeast, salt, paprika), water, minced beef and pork, mortadella (pork, salt, natural seasoning, antioxidants: sodium ascorbate; preservative: sodium nitrite), soft wheat flour, salt, cheese, sunflower oil, maize flour, maize starch, celery, carrots, onion, egg, nutmeg, black pepper, raising agent: disodium diphosphate, potassium hydrogen carbonate). Although great care has been taken in removing olive stones, some may remain.

To Prepare
- Pan: Heat some oil in a deep pan. When the oil is hot, add the frozen olives and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring now and then.
- Deep fryer: Heat the oil in the deep fryer, add the frozen olives and cook for 5 minutes, until they are gold. Please note that the specified cooking time is provided as an indication only. Drain on kitchen towels before serving.
