To Prepare

  • Microwave 900 W: Place the steam bag on a suitable plate and microwave for about 6 minutes. Do not pierce or open the bag before cooking and check that the vent is side up. During cooking the bag will slowly inflate as the steam builds up. Stand for 1 minute and remove carefully the bag from the microwave, as it will be very hot. Increase microwave cooking times by 1 minute for every 100-watt drop in microwave power.
  • Pan: Place the frozen spinach in a non-stick pan with a tablespoon of olive oil and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, stirring now and then. Please note that the specified cooking time is provided as an indication only.
