Description

Orogel Gnocchetti alla Sorrentina is a very appetizing recipe. Gnocchi with mozzarella, tomato and basil, ready in a flash and in the most convenient package, the single serving. You just need 5 minutes in a pan or in the microwave to bring to your table a delicious pasta.

Ingredients

parboiled potatoes gnocchi 67% (durum wheat flour, potatoes purée 22% on the final product (water, potatoes flakes), water, salt), tomato pulp 14% on the final product, water, onion, extra virgin olive oil basil, garlic, salt, white pepper, 4% tomato cubes, 3,4% mozzarella (milk, salt, rennet, milk ferments). It contains: gluten, milk derivatives. Produced in a plant that uses also: celery, soy, egg, fish, crustaceans, shellfish.

To Prepare

  • Microwave 900 W: Place the closed steam bag on a suitable plate, paying attention to keep the vent side up. Place the plate in the microwave and cook for 5 minutes. During cooking the bag will slowly inflate as the steam builds up. Stand for 1-2 minutes and remove carefully the bag from the microwave, as it will be very hot, and then place the pure on your plate. Do not pierce or open the bag before cooking. Increase microwave cooking times by 1 minute for every 100-watt drop in microwave power.
  • Pan: Place the frozen product in a pan with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and one of water. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Please note that the specified cooking time is provided as an indication only.
