Orogel adds a new traditional Italian recipe to the line “Gusto e Piacere”: Purè Gusto Più, delicious mashed potatoes made from fresh spuds and no flakes, with little cubes of smoked ham and Italian mozzarella. A tasty side, quick to prepare in the microwave thanks to the exclusive vent in the package design.

69% potatoes, rehydrated skimmed milk, 4,7% mozzarella (milk, salt, milk ferments, rennet), 2,6% smoked ham (pork, water, salt, dextrose, natural seasonings, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; preservative: sodium nitrite), Grana Padano DOP cheese, sakt, nutmeg.

To Prepare
- Microwave 900 W: Place the closed steam bag on a suitable plate, paying attention to keep the vent side up. Place the plate in the microwave and cook for 5 minutes. During cooking the bag will slowly inflate as the steam builds up. Stand for 1-2 minutes and remove carefully the bag from the microwave, as it will be very hot, and then place the pure on your plate. WARNING: Do not pierce or open the bag before cooking. Increase microwave cooking times by 1 minute for every 100-watt drop in microwave power.
- Pan: Place the frozen product in a small non-stick pan and warm over low heat for a couple of minutes, until it starts melting. The cook over medium heat for about 3-4 minutes, stirring now and then.
