To Prepare
- Oven: Preheat the oven to 220° C, line some baking paper on a baking tray and place the frozen codfish fingers. Bake for 14 minutes, turning them over after the first 8-9 minutes.
- Pan: Heat some oil in a pan, add the frozen codfish fingers and cook over medium heat for 6 minutes, turning them over until they are lovely gold. Before serving drain on kitchen towels.
