Vegetables in variable quantity 50% ( 13% potatoes, 9% courgettes, spinach, 4% carrots, celery, basil), water, legumes in variable quantity 185 (peas, green beans, borlotti beans), tomato puree, cheese 2%(cow’s milk, salt, rennet, preservative: egg lysozyme), extra virgin olive oil, salt, stock (salt, potato starch, yeast extract, potato maltodextrin, onion, carrots, celery, parsley, sunflower oil, ginger, nutmeg, natural seasoning).

To Prepare
- Saucepan: Put the frozen product in a suitable saucepan and add 300g water, cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, stirring now and then.
- Pressure cooker: Place the frozen product in your cooker with 300g water. Close carefully and cook for 6 minutes.
- Microwave 900 W: Place 300 gr. frozen soup in a suitable bowl, add 130g water, cover and let cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring a couple of times. Please note that the specified cooking time is provided as an indication only.
- Tasty tips: For added flavour, serve this soup with a dash of extra virgin olive oil and freshly ground pepper. You can also add bacon dices when starting cooking.
