To Prepare

  • Oven: Preheat the oven to 220° C. Spread your Patate evenly in a single layer onto a baking tray and bake for 18 minutes, until they are light golden. Please, do not overcook. For a better result, place the Patate Leggerezza on some baking paper and put it directly on the grill tray.
  • Pan: Heat to 175° C a couple of inches of oil in a deep pan. When the oil is hot, add the frozen potatoes and fry for about 5 minutes, until they are gold. For better results, use ½ liter oil and cook your product in two times.
  • Deep Fryer: Heat oil in the deep-fryer, add the frozen potatoes and fry for about 4 minutes, until they are gold. Do not add salt: Orogel potatoes are processed in a way they don’t need to be salted.
  • Tasty tips: For extra flavour, add some garlic cloves in their skin and sparkle sage leaves or rosemary to the baking tray, and then bake
