A Mediterranean mixed salad with sweet corn, tuna fillets, mixed salad and radish shoots.
- 240g Orogel sweet corn
- 240g tuna fillets in olive oil
- 400g mixed salad with:
- valerian leaves, radicchio, rocket, radicchio di Chioggia, lettuce
- 160g cherry tomatoes
- 10 capers
- 1 sprig of fresh oregano
- 60g radish shoots
- ground mixed peppers
- extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 edible flowers
Defrost the sweet corn and steam for about two minutes.
Wait until cool. Clean and wash the salad leaves.
Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in four pieces. Wash the capers. Drain the tuna fillets.
Drain carefully all the ingredients. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl, paying attention to the different colours and top with sweet corn.
Add a dressing made of apple cider vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, season to taste with salt and freshly ground mixed peppers. Serve with two edible flowers as decoration.
