Ingredients

  • For the gnocchi:
  • 300g Orogel borlotti beans
  • 150g 00 flour
  • 1 egg
  • salt and black pepper
  • For the dressing:
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • rosemary
  • garlic
  • battered peppers

To Prepare

  1. Blend the boiled borlotti beans and make a puree. Knead it with flour, egg, salt and pepper. Make some little dumplings.

  2. Boil the dumplings in abundant boiling water.

  3. In a pan brown rosemary and garlic with extra virgin olive oil and add the gnocchi.

  4. Fry the battered peppers in boiling oil and decorate the gnocchi.

  5. Serve with a sprig of rosemary.
