Artichockes
Orogel Artichokes are cultivated and processed respecting the environment. After having removed the stalks and the tough outer leaves, artichokes are washed, blanched and immediately frozen to preserve the flavour of a fresh-picked product. Naturally rich in fibre, folic acid and polyphenols, Orogel Artichokes come in the following lines: Artichoke Hearts, Sliced Artichoke Hearts and Artichoke Bottoms. Ready in twenty minutes, artichokes are a delicious side dish and are perfect for tarts or pizza.
